Motor Trike Welding Bays

Motor Trike suspension components are made of normalized and tempered 4130 chrome moly. The yield strength of this material is 105,000 PSI. Our ladder bars are milled to insure a perfect fit and are then mounted in custom machined jigs and tig welded.

All Motor Trike frames are made with schedule 40 pipe. This pipe is cut and formed on a mandrel bender. The tubing is then assembled in precision jigs and mig welded. In every step of the Motor Trike engineering process, all parts that make the completed kit are checked for accuracy in all of the manufacturing steps, insuring you of inherent quality and value.
