To ensure you are satisfied with your buying experience, please read our order policies below.
Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for return, all items must be unused/unworn with all original tags or pre-purchase materials. Please contact Motor Trike Customer Service to initiate your return process. In the original packaging, please include the receipt and/or packing slip, as requested.
Refunds
Once we receive your item as described above, we will process the receipt of your returned item. Please note that you may be contacted by Motor Trike Customer Service in the case of a disputed return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the time you postmark your return package, depending on your financial institution or your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed for merchandise only.
